1. If you just order one dress, the shipping costs are showed in the form as below:

Please choose the shipping way according to the urgency of your need.

If you want to order two or more dresses at the same time, we will combine shipping and charge only one shipping.

For wholesale order, we'll calculate the shipping charge specifically for you. It depends on the weight of the goods. The bigger the amount is, the favorable price is.

Return Policy

Returns policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase on superbweddingdress.com. Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special conditions apply.

Cancel Order

All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours (after the order created) without any charges, no questions will be asked.

Items of cancelling orders after 24 hours: Before the dress being shipped, as the order is already been taken in process, so it will charge a handling fee which equals 50% of the item price. (If ordered rush order service, the $50 service fee will not be refunded).You can’t cancel your order after the dresses have been shipped.

Returns

We do not accept the unauthorized return without any negotiation.

For the dresses purchased online, 14 days available for shipping back . The item will not be accepted if it is returned exceed the 14-days time limit.

Because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, so, please carefully fill in your size, color, quantity and other information, if the dress is totally made in accordance with your order. Will not be refunded.

The returns are subject to the following guidelines: Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items.

You will receive a refund for the purchase price for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered).

Conditions for Return and Credit

Returned merchandise must be in new condition. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.

Dresses and Accessories - Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the intact tags attached. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation enclosed in the return package.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as DHL. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return. If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
